JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Product Designer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user mobile experience of our products (web and app), with a focus on enhancing our mobile app design. With a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, experimentation and success metrics, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create innovative and delightful mobile experiences.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work across all phases of design work: participate in research, define the conceptual foundation for design solutions, execute excellent UX flows, apply visual design systems, prototype using a variety of tools and methods, create production-ready designs, conduct usability testing, support multi-disciplinary teams during implementation.

Able to transform user raw data & insights into rich and engaging customer stories to be shared with the cross-functional team in deep collaboration with UX Researchers and shape the experience with UX Writers.

Work close with developers to ensure the proper integration of the solutions.

Define, measure and use data continuously, in close collaboration with PM & Data Analysts, to support decision-making. Able to conduct AB tests when appropriate.

Define and follow up the success criteria both for experimentation as for launch in collaboration with your Cross-functional team.

You will monitor the performance of the features and experiences you designed and will continuously seek signals, patterns, and evidence in the data to improve the user experience and business impact.

Inspire, push creativity, challenge established thinking, and identify industry and mobile design best practices with a strong collaboration with peers in other design teams to contribute to the global design community.
QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 5 years experience of proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong focus on mobile app design.

A portfolio demonstrating a strong track record of successful mobile product design.
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines.

Solid experience working alongside Engineers and Product Managers in a cross-functional, autonomous product team using agile methodologies.

You are used to interviewing users at any stage of the design cycle.

Experience in defining and working with the product metrics with your team.

You think about interfaces not as static pixels but as dynamic experiences and can express yourself effortlessly with motion, flows and stories.

Able to adapt to fast-changing environments.

You’re a system thinker. You can anticipate the ripple effects that changes will have on the overall product portfolio experience.
