KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Own and lead the development of a privacy-centric tracking solution for AVIV's web and mobile apps across all brands.
  • Own and lead the integration of analytics and marketing technologies using tag management systems (client- and server-side tracking, heatmaps, customer surveys, A/B testing, etc.).
  • Craft a data-driven roadmap that aligns with AVIV's digital experience analytics and marketing performance needs.
  • Partner with the engineering team on product development activities, including creating epics, defining user stories, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure seamless collaboration between product, engineering, and marketing teams.

  • Proven product management experience across the entire product lifecycle, including strategy development, roadmap creation, and requirement definition.
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech industry, including digital advertising principles, privacy regulations (GDPR), consent management platforms (CMPs), cookies, first-party vs third-party data, conversion pixels, client- & server-side tracking, and more.
  • A track record of building data-driven, analytics-based products.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Understanding Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketplaces, web analytics, the digital advertising landscape, and performance marketing channels.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience working with a privacy-focused approach to data collection and utilization.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Project duration: 12+ months.
  • Great colleagues who are experts in their field are always at your side with advice and action.
  • International work environment.
