JOB DESCRIPTION
The Intermediary organization helps tens of thousands of real estate agents in Germany, France and Belgium deliver outstanding service to property owners and seekers along all transaction stages. We provide tools which allow agents to build a strong online presence, digitalize their workflows, and amplify their local expertise and relationships with access to AVIV's huge user base and treasure trove of data.
Our team Luna manages the Coaches CRM used by our sales coach to qualify and nurture Seller leads - people who want to sell a property. These Seller leads are then pushed to our Seller Lead Management Platform where our real estate agents can purchase them. Luna manages the existing Legacy France solution and is also building the future one that will be deployed on all AVIV markets.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Together with your colleagues, you will design and develop the new generation of our successful real estate portals in an agile environment based on React, Node.js, TypeScript and Amazon Web Services.
- We create the basis for innovative products and for the next generation of property search.
- We put great emphasis on the automation of build, deployment and release processes as well as on quality through code reviews, tests and analysis.
- We share our knowledge and experience and actively support each other to continuously improve our technical level.

You will work in B2C and e-commerce environments, and your successes will immediately be visible in key business metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You have several years of professional experience as a software engineer. While formal education is an advantage, such as a degree in computer science, media informatics, or a similar field, it is not a strict requirement.

You have several years of experience in the development of (micro)services using GitHub, TypeScript, React, Vanilla JS, CSS, React Testing Library.

Knowledge of CircleCI, Terraform, Datadog, Jira, Confluence, WebDriver, Cypress would be a plus.
- As an experienced developer you know how to design, implement, test and operate great software.

You already have experience with cloud technologies (ideally with AWS) and are open to new technologies and development approaches and your passion for modern technologies is what makes you stand out.
- You show high commitment in the continuous improvement of the products and team maturity.
- You have high technical standards and are willing to openly share your knowledge with your colleagues.
- You appreciate working in an agile, cross-functional environment and like to work on your own responsibility.
