We are looking for a Mid Program Manager who will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of key digital software programs that drive the Aviv transformation forward.
KEY RESPONSIBIILITES:
- You report to the Senior Director of Program Transformation.
- The transformation is complex and far-reaching so you will be expected to manage the program & project depending on the circumstances.
- You will help product and technology leaders manage their organization through metrics and business data.
- You will help the product and tech leadership focus on delivering value to the business by removing obstacles and accelerating value creation.
- You will engage with product & engineering managers on day-to-day basis to remove impediments, identify risks, plan mitigation strategies, refine roadmap and support cross-functional collaboration.
- You drive transparency by communicating progress, decisions, policy, and processes by leading briefings, presenting and documenting.
- You will work closely with COE, to optimize the delivery and prepare for the next cycle.
- You will facilitate workshops and meetings toward clear and actionable outcomes.
- While driving your project and or program, you will identify challenges in Aviv’s way of working and actively drive improvements of process and data.
- You will provide mentoring and support to colleagues who lack program or project management experience.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You have significant experience in program/project management with a track record of delivering medium to high-complexity digital programs and projects in the e-commerce field.
- You draw upon your past experience of working in an agile environment focused on delivering software projects effectively and efficiently, and you know how to boost cross-functional teams and projects.
- You apply high-quality project management standards and evolve them.

You have excellent communication skills, should be able to lead big group steering meetings, ensure focused discussions and present status to top management.

You are culturally sensitive, fluent in English and German/French is a PRE.
- You understand business requirements and can break down the bigger task into manageable parts and sequences to deliver the planned value.
- You are comfortable working in a tech-driven environment.

You are very comfortable in JIRA/Confluence and can appreciate portfolio thinking.
