What’s waiting for you:

  • As part of the Platform Experience domain, you'll work on project: Usermanagement / Identity Access Management
  • We're looking for experienced backend engineer who will join this project in its final stage - phase #3: Execution and validation 
  • The expected duration of this project is 12 months

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Can build and integrate the (new) authentication system into the brands of AVIV.
  • Can design components and participate in architecture discussions.
  • Is willing to consult and assist development teams.
  • Has "You Build It, You Run It, You Own It" mentality.
  • Is comfortable with being a member of the team and not being afraid to work in a T-Shaped environment.

Additional responsibilities and info:

  • Stakeholder Mapping:
    - Identify stakeholders and their roles for the deprecation project.
    - Define the level of stakeholders' involvement.
  • Communication Channels:
     - Instant communication via Slack.
     - Regular project meetings and status updates.
     - Documentation in Confluence and Google Workspace.
     - JIRA for planning and tracking.
  • Reporting Frequency: Daily.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    - Foster a culture of open and transparent communication.
    - Encourage feedback and questions from stakeholders.
    - Address risks and concerns promptly and proactively.
  • Contingency Planning:
    - Maintain open communication channels for reporting issues and unplanned events.
    - Develop a contingency plan in case of major setbacks.
    - Ensure stakeholders are aware of the plan and their roles in it.
  • Documentation:
    - Maintain a centralized project documentation repository, including progress reports, technical specifications, and migration plans.
    - Make documentation accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Work organization: We have an Agile organization (Scrum) with rituals: Daily meetings, two-week sprints, retro-planning and demos.
